We will arrange your return and the return administration fee is $40 CAD*. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery fees related to sending the product to you are not refundable.
*From 30 May 2025, the return administration fee will be $60 CAD. For smaller packages with an order value under $200 CAD, the return administration fee will be $25 CAD. This change reflects the increased shipping fees from the delivery carrier.
