We will arrange your return and the return administration fee is $20 AUD*. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Delivery fees related to sending the product to you are not refundable.
*From 30 May 2025, the return administration fee will be $80 AUD. For smaller packages with an order value under $250 AUD, the return administration fee will be $30 AUD. This change reflects the increased shipping fees from the delivery carrier.
