If you're unavailable at the time of delivery we suggest contacting DHL/DPD with your tracking number to arrange the delivery of the package.
If DHL/DPD is unable to deliver the package or unable to contact you after several attempts, they will return the package to Bemz.
In some countries, DHL/DPD will offer the option to change the delivery address and/or pick-up location. The details of this option will be included in the SMS/text message.
